Terms and Conditions for Online Vendor Bookings

Live Booking System *The platform operates in real-time; stalls are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid bookings are automatically reopened to other vendors. If a stall is no longer available, vendors must select an alternative.

Stall Selection *Vendors must select the correct stall type and size based on their offerings (e.g., food stalls for food vendors, craft stalls for crafts). Incorrect bookings will be cancelled, requiring vendors to rebook. If stalls are unavailable or fully booked at that time, vendors accept this risk. Vendors may book up to two stalls, provided both belong to the correct category.

Payment and Confirmation *Bookings are confirmed only after immediate online payment is successfully processed. No payment, no booking. A confirmation email will be sent upon payment.

Cancellations *More than 7 days before the event: Credit valid for 6 months will be issued. 7 days or less before the event: No refunds or credits. No-shows forfeit their booking fee.

Vendor Responsibilities *Vendors are responsible for their own equipment (e.g., gazebos, tables) and must follow setup (12–4 pm) and strike (by 10 pm) schedules. Stalls must be kept clean, and rubbish disposed of properly.

Outdoor Market Disclaimer *The market is outdoors. Vendors accept weather-related risks. No refunds or credits for cancellations due to weather. A 50% credit for the next event will be issued in the event of a rainout, valid for 6 months.

General Terms *Vendors are responsible for verifying their booking details before confirming. Failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of the booking or exclusion from future events.
